Our client is a top-tier UK law firm who are looking to hire a Special Situations/R&I lawyer to join their team in Hong Kong.
The Partner in question is highly ranked and works with both debtors and creditors on a variety of restructuring matters. They also advise Asset Managers and Private Equity firms on Special Situations and Distressed Debt investments.
Due to a healthy pipeline of work, the team is looking to hire 2 lawyers, one midlevel and another senior lawyer. Mandarin language capabilities although ideal are not mandatory.
Candidates must have restructuring experience and be coming from a leading law firm. Junior-midlevel lawyers with insolvency experience and minimal restructuring experience are also encouraged to apply, as long as they are open to making the switch.
