Ashford Benjamin have been appointed to support a significant global financial institution in identifying a VP-level Structured Products Lawyer.
The role will be advising on listed structured products and structured debt issuance. This role will have a lot of visibility and will be advising the business on pre-trade and post-trade legal and regulatory matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Structured Products/Derivatives lawyer to join an international financial institution who are well known for having a great culture, and fantastic working environment and offers strong career progression.
In-house or Private Practice candidates will be considered, open to candidates with a PQE range of 3-10 PQE. The role and its responsibilities will differ depending on experience levels.
