Your Role:
You will be a critical member of the front-office trading team, directly supporting traders in daily operations. Your core responsibilities will include trade reconciliation, position and P&L reporting, managing delivery instructions, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining trading systems, and facilitating smooth communication between traders, brokers, and internal teams. This is a hands-on role that offers deep exposure to the full trade lifecycle and direct collaboration with seasoned traders.
Must-Have Experience:
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a trading support or middle-office role within financial services.
- Market Expertise: In-depth, practical knowledge of commodities and commodity derivatives is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Python or SQL is a strong plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for effective communication in this global and local environment.
