I am working with a top-tier US law firm that is looking to expand its corporate practice with the addition of two associates – one focused on the US side and another on the Hong Kong side of their IPO practice. This is a growth hire following strong business performance and consistent expansion across the firm’s Asian offices.
The firm has a well-established track record advising on major IPOs, and the team continues to see a strong pipeline of both US and Hong Kong listings. They offer best-in-class training, excellent mentorship, and a platform known for collaboration and strong lawyer retention.
The ideal candidates will have 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in IPO or capital markets work, with exposure on either the US or HK side. Lawyers with experience from top international law firms are strongly preferred. The firm is also open to Legal Managers interested in joining their practice. Issuer side experience is preferred for this role.
Mandarin language capabilities are required for this role, given the firm’s client base and deal origination. The firm offers top-of-the-market compensation packages, and solid long-term growth opportunities within their well-established Asia platform.
