I am working with partners of a top-tier UK law firm that is looking to expand its corporate practice with the addition of a mid-level (2-6PQE, flexible here) US IPO lawyer as part of a growth hire. This role can be based in Hong Kong or one of the firm’s PRC offices.
The firm has an established team, with a strong track record of promoting lawyers within, including to their partnership. Due to an influx of work, largely due to their strong verticals in key areas, they have been successful in winning large mandates.
The preference is for a lawyer who has US securities experience, are US qualified, and ideally have a US JD from a leading US university. Those with US LLMs and a NY qualification will also be considered.
Lawyers looking to relocate will be given a relocation package and other add-ons, considering it’s coming close to year’s end.
The ideal lawyer would have strong experience in US IPO matters, an education from a top US University, and be US-qualified. Mandarin language capabilities are required for this role.
