I am working with a leading international law firm that is seeking to hire a Funds Partner as part of a strategic expansion of its Private Equity Funds practice in Hong Kong. This will be the firm’s first Funds hire in the office, marking an important stage in its regional growth strategy.
The firm has a strong corporate team with an established client base and a solid pipeline of referral work. The incoming partner will benefit from a well-integrated platform, with the backing of senior management and strong cross-office collaboration across Asia and other major markets.
The ideal candidate will have an established book of business of around USD 1 million and a proven track record in advising on private equity fund formation and related work. Experienced Counsels with demonstrable business development capabilities and who are in the process of developing a portable practice will also be considered.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial lawyer to take on a leadership role, with significant support and growth prospects as the firm continues to expand its PE Funds platform.
