Overview
My client is a global Tier-1 HFT firm. Their engineering team builds and supports trading technologies that enhance desk efficiency and profitability. These systems are core to day-to-day trading across Asian markets, from Japan through India, and are focused on high-throughput processing and real-time monitoring of market activity. The role combines fast, reliable decision-making with smart execution—helping the desk respond quickly to changing conditions.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with traders and quantitative teams, working on trading models, signals, and platform capabilities used in systematic trading.

What you’ll do
• Partner with traders and engineers to design and build high-performance C# distributed, server-based, and UI-adjacent trading systems
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement trading models, signals, and related logic
• Work cross-functionally with other technology teams to deliver integrated solutions that support trading workflows end-to-end
• Contribute to the reliability, observability, and performance of production trading services in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience in C# or Java
• Experience in, or a strong interest in, financial trading systems
• Experience with web services, distributed systems, and/or cloud technologies is beneficial
• Experience (or strong interest) with Linux, Python, or C++ is a plus
• Experience (or strong interest) in front-end/UI technologies is a plus
• An understanding of financial markets is valued but not strictly required
