We are working on an opportunity with an international bank seeking to hire a mid-level lawyer to support its growing IBD business. This lawyer will work closely with senior business stakeholders who are building out the bank’s ECM desk. The role will focus on Hong Kong ECM but will also have exposure to transactions across SEA.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a hands-on role with strong visibility across Asia, while helping to build and develop the corporate governance function.
Requirements
• 8+ PQE
• Trained at a top-tier international law firm
• In-house experience at a bank supporting ECM transactions
• Commercially savvy, with experience building and developing relationships with business stakeholders
• Comfortable managing a varied workload and working under tight deadlines
