We are currently instructed on an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer to join the legal team of an international bank in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to make their first move in-house. The successful candidate will have the chance to broaden their technical expertise while working closely with, and receiving mentorship from, an experienced senior lawyer who is genuinely invested in their development.
This is a growth hire supporting an expanding business line. The successful candidate will join a lean legal team in Asia, partnering closely with the business on a varied and sophisticated range of matters, including:
• Derivatives trading
• Physical commodities
• Lending transactions
• Debt capital markets (DCM)
We are keen to speak with lawyers who are currently with a leading local or international law firm and have between 2–7 years’ PQE, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Structured products and derivatives (ideally fixed income products)
• Structured finance or commodities finance
• Financial services regulatory, ideally advising banks’ Global Markets businesses
