An international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Funds Associate (3+ PQE) to join its growing investment funds practice in Hong Kong.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on a broad range of hedge funds, private equity funds, and alternative investment fund structures, advising a high-quality international client base including asset managers, fund sponsors, and institutional investors.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ PQE gained at a leading international, offshore, or reputable local law firm
- Strong experience advising on the formation and ongoing operation of hedge funds and private equity funds
- Familiarity with fund structuring, regulatory matters, and investor negotiations
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
