A leading UK law firm is looking to expand its Hong Kong disputes practice with the appointment of a Partner or Counsel-level disputes lawyer.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious practitioner with an established market profile and a portable practice, or a senior lawyer with strong client following and a clear pathway to partnership.
The successful candidate will join a well-established international platform and work alongside leading practitioners , advising on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, fraud and asset tracing matters, and international arbitration.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive disputes experience gained at a reputable law firm
- Strong expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, investigations, and/or regulatory disputes
- Portable book of business and/or demonstrable client following
- Established relationships with corporates, financial institutions, family offices, funds, or high-net-worth individuals
- Proven track record in business development and client management
- Excellent technical, leadership, and practice development skills
- Fluent English required; Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be advantageous
