Ashford Benjamin has been instructed on a newly created growth hire with a leading private equity firm looking to expand its Asia Legal team in Hong Kong.
Our client is a highly established investment platform with significant AUM and a diversified portfolio spanning multiple sectors and industries across Asia.
The firm is seeking a 10+ PQE M&A / Private Equity Lawyer from either a top-tier international law firm or financial institution. The successful candidate will have strong experience leading downstream private equity transactions and be fluent in English and Chinese (speaking/reading/written).
Lawyers in Singapore who are open to relocating to Hong Kong will be considered if they have relevant experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior level lawyer to join a prestigious investment platform, take ownership of complex transactions and work on high-profile, pan-Asian private equity deals as part of a growing legal team.
