This is a highly visible role with one of the few financial institutions who offer their lawyers visibility across all of equities. Coverage includes: Equity Derivatives, Corporate Derivatives, Cash Equities and Prime Brokerage.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to join a leading financial institution advising on a variety of intellectually challenging transactions. Candidates must be 5-10PQE with experience in Equity Derivatives or Cash Equities & Prime Brokerage.
