We are instructed by a global hedge fund that is looking to expand its legal presence in Hong Kong. The firm is a strong global brand with a growing business across Asia and is seeking to appoint a Sole Counsel for its Hong Kong office.
The role will cover a broad range of work, including Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives trading, Prime Brokerage, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
The position will initially be offered on a fixed-term contract basis, with a view to converting to a permanent position.
Requirements
• 6+ PQE, having trained at an international law firm
• Experience advising on Fixed Income Derivatives trading is preferred
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong laws and regulations
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and fluid environment
