We are instructed on an opportunity with a quant trading firm who are looking to hire a mid to senior Derivatives lawyer.
This hire will be a key part of the legal team in Hong Kong, working very closely alongside multiple business units (market making / institutional sales and trading). The role involves advising on matters from a transactional and regulatory perspective including: brokerage, execution, custody, clearing, prime brokerage, market access, electronic trading.
Requirements
– 8+ years PQE
– experience from a law firm’s structured finance and derivatives team
– ideally have moved in-house with an international bank or trading firm and advising on equity derivatives transactions
