We are working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to hire a Private Equity Funds Associate or Legal Manager to join its growing and highly regarded team in Hong Kong. The team advises on a range of GP-led fund transactions, offering excellent exposure to sophisticated and complex cross-border work.

The team is open to considering Legal Managers or lawyers with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in PE fund formation, fund structuring, or related areas. Candidates from leading international law firms are preferred.
