Senior Associate – Corporate (M&A / Funds) | 5–7 PQE | Hong Kong

An international law firm is seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) to join its leading Corporate practice in Hong Kong.
This opportunity sits within a top-tier team renowned for advising on complex cross-border M&A transactions and private investment fund matters, working with a premium client base that includes global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and major corporates.

Key Responsibilities
• Advising on a broad mix of public and private M&A transactions
• Supporting private equity and fund formation work, including GP/LP structuring and regulatory considerations
• Leading transaction execution, drafting and negotiating key documents, and managing client relationships
• Collaborating closely with regional and global teams on multi-jurisdictional matters

Requirements
• 5–7 years’ PQE gained at a top-tier international law firm
• Strong experience in M&A and/or private funds
• Excellent academic background and technical skills
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing abilities
• Fluent English required; additional Asian language skills are advantageous
