Our client, a leading global asset manager, is expanding its Hong Kong legal team. They are seeking an experienced lawyer to support their registered funds platform, covering open-end/closed-end funds, ETFs, and collective investment trusts. This role provides legal and regulatory guidance on fund structuring, operations, disclosure, and compliance across the region.
This is a great opportunity for any mid-level lawyer to transition in-house with global asset manager that offers exposure to an interesting variety of work.
Candidates should ideally be 4-8 years PQE, having trained at an international law firm, with experience advising on retail funds and/or non-contentious regulatory matters.
