We are looking for an ambitious mid-level associate to join a vibrant, high-performing transactional team at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on sophisticated, market-leading deals that shape industries across Asia and beyond. You’ll be involved in complex cross-border M&A, private equity investments and buyouts, venture capital financings, joint ventures, fund formations, and strategic corporate advisory — often with a strong focus on dynamic sectors such as technology, media & telecoms, healthcare, data centers, real estate, energy, and digital assets.
