We are exclusively retained by our client; a major Hong Kong conglomerate, seeking a senior lawyer to head up the legal team, focusing on property matters.
The role will cover all aspects of property development and landlord and tenant, both non-contentious and contentious. You will be managing a sizeable team, and reporting to the General Counsel.
You will have over 15 PQE, experience in a broad range of property matters, be comfortable managing a team, and be able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
