They’re hiring multiple Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) in Singapore. Responsibilities
• Build and improve platforms that power trading teams and support research infrastructure
• Drive the scalability of production systems as trading volumes and complexity grow
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal operation
• Partner with development teams to improve system reliability and performance at the code and architecture level
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operations and reduce toil
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met across production environments
• Provide technical support and guidance to other engineering teams

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python on large distributed systems, with proven SRE or similar production engineering experience
• Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
• Solid production experience on Linux platforms
• Proven success working with large data sets
• Mindset – Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, self-direction, and a commercially oriented focus on business outcomes
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Work style – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Finance – Industry experience is preferred but not required
