We are working on an opportunity with an international bank seeking to hire a mid-level lawyer to support its growing IBD business. This lawyer will act as the main legal point of contact, working closely with senior business stakeholders who are building out the bank’s ECM desk. The role will focus on a broad range of ECM matters, including IPOs, placements/block trades, and equity-linked transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a hands-on role with strong visibility across Asia, while helping to build and develop the corporate governance function.
Requirements
• 6+ PQE
• Trained at a top-tier international law firm
• In-house experience at a bank supporting ECM transactions
• Commercially savvy, with experience building and developing relationships with business stakeholders
• Comfortable managing a varied workload and working under tight deadlines
