We are mandated on a rare in-house opportunity with a leading Asia multi-strategy investment manager with genuine high-visibility seat with senior stakeholder exposure. This opportunity oversees elements of general commercial & corporate agreements and funds-related documentation.
• Minimum 5 years PQE with a background in general corporate, M&A and/or funds from a top-tier law firm
• Strong-level of communication skills and track-record of managing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with hedge funds and investment firms would be a plus
