We’re mandated on an opportunity with a private equity and alternative asset manager for a senior legal role. This highly visible role will work across their APAC offices to oversee PE/M&A transaction and deals from origination, execution, to exits.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 7+ PQE in PE/M&A preferably within a reputable in-house platform
- Prior experience managing complex multi-jurisdictional advisers across the APAC region
- Professional Chinese language skills is a must
